Moderated by Roger Lewis, architect and Washington Post columnist, six panelists from Â鶹ÊÓƵ, the American Public Works Association, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, Building Owners and Managers Association, American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, and the American Institute of Architects discussed the best techniques and practices for improving the efficiency and environmental performance of our built environment.
