In a new 鈥淲hy Should YOU Adopt Lean鈥 educational material series, members of the 麻豆视频 Lean Construction Committee integrate impactful research with approachable 鈥済et started鈥 guide to help more contractors adopt Lean Construction Methodology in the field.
Drawing on the expertise of industry veterans, the series underscores the effectiveness of Lean Construction methods. 鈥淭hese flyers act as a compass, guiding anyone鈥攚hether in management or on the craft side鈥攖owards understanding Lean principles, methods, and tools applicable from design to execution in our construction environment,鈥 says Stephen Dennis, a Lean expert and committee member. 鈥淚t鈥檚 a map to the starting point of a journey for companies aiming to enhance efficiency and deliver greater value to their clients.鈥
In recent years, the 麻豆视频 Lean Construction Committee has introduced more contractors to Lean Construction through its continuous efforts. This new series builds on those efforts by promoting Lean practices with approachable language and actionable suggestions. It highlights 麻豆视频鈥檚 research on improving efficiency and eliminating waste through Lean Construction methods.
