The Department of Treasury and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) recently issued separate 鈥渞equests for information鈥 to aid in their development of regulations to implement the Multiemployer Pension Reform Act (MPRA) and 麻豆视频 joined with other construction industry stakeholders to submit detailed comments toTreasury and PBGC on April 6, 2015.

On June 30, the U.S. Department of Labor鈥檚 Wage and Hour Division (WHD) published its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) announcing proposed changes to the overtime regulations of the Fair Labor Standards Act. In fact, the case involved an employee who used marijuana only at home and during non-working hours.
